Luis Devos Trainer: Your path to the best version of yourself

Hi, I'm Luis Devos and I want to thank you for taking the time to read about me. I enjoy helping people achieve the body they desire with my project, LUIS DEVOS TRAINER. It's a program where I provide personalized workouts, offer advice on eating well, and support you in gaining muscle, losing fat, and staying healthy.

I began my journey in the world of exercise a few years ago, without much knowledge. In 2018, I went to the gym for the first time and realized that it takes more than just motivation to get in shape. So, I started researching fitness extensively, tried different online programs, diets, and supplements. Initially, I didn't get the results I wanted and felt frustrated and confused. That's why I decided to change my approach, studying the strategies of recognized trainers and obtaining certifications in personal training.

I learned that getting fit isn't so difficult, but you need to understand how the body works and how muscle is gained and weight is lost.

Here are some things I learned along the way:

1/ Be cautious of online supplement advertising, often they lack scientific backing.
2/ Consistency in your workouts is important for building strength and muscle.
3/ You don't need to follow very strict diets or cut out carbohydrates to see results.
4/ You don't need to eat all the time to keep your metabolism active.
5/ Strength training is better than excessive cardio for burning fat.
6/ Spending less time in the gym can still yield good results.
And so on.

Transformation through new strategies

These ideas changed my own life. Spending less time in the gym, doing less cardio, and enjoying food helped me gain strength, muscle, and have more energy and better sleep. This caught the attention of friends and family, who also followed my advice and experienced similar changes. So, I decided to launch LUIS DEVOS TRAINER, where I create personalized programs to help people around the world get in shape.

My global vision: My vision is to positively impact many lives worldwide through fitness. I know it's ambitious, but I believe it's possible.
